According to fresh, shocking court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Frank Gore pulled a naked lady across a hotel room’s corridor after an incident in Atlantic City, New Jersey, last month.
According to police, the incident involving the NFL great and a 28-year-old lady took place on the 59th floor of the Tropicana Casino’s Havana Tower early on July 31.
The documents state that Gore “violently dragged her nude person along the floor of the 59th hallway” after “forcibly” grabbing the victim by her hair.
Initially dispatched to the location at roughly 8:11 AM on March 31, according to Atlantic City Police, officers decided not to make any arrests since the woman “did not exhibit signs of injuries,” as we had previously reported.
However, Gore was ultimately charged with simple assault days later after police claimed they looked into the claims further.
Records show that Gore is scheduled to appear in court for a hearing in the case in October.
He has not yet responded to the charges publicly.
The former 49ers standout, who amassed 16,000 rushing yards over the course of his 16-year career, is regarded as one of the all-time greats in the NFL. Since then, the 39-year-old has turned to boxing, defeating Yaya Olorunsola in his most recent match in May.
